I HAVE ADHD !

- with God at the center of my life, i move through the world with faith, intention, and trust in timing greater than my own.

-i’m someone who feels deeply, loves softly, and lives through emotion, memory, and meaning. i’m sentimental by nature — i hold onto moments, not things, and I care more about how something feels than how it looks. i'm creative, expressive, and introspective, with a heart that romanticizes life, even when it’s heavy.

- i move through the world quietly but intentionally — observant, thoughtful, and emotionally aware. i find beauty in small details, nostalgia in ordinary moments, and poetry in everyday life. I’m both gentle and strong, sensitive but grounded, hopeful even when I’m hurting.

and in moments when life feels overwhelming, I remember:
